Upon receiving the bike everything was as described, the installation video was helpful and the bike was not hard to assemble on my own. The bike rides great and looks even better in person. I get compliments everywhere I take it, completely happy with this ebike. Planning to get one for my wife next.

Wow ! This is a thing of beauty ! Eye catching and incredible performance ! Worth every penny. I have to stop and talk to everyone though that asks about it when I'm riding it but I guess that kind of speaks volumes to the product ;-) Also I LOVE the leather handlebars...very classy !

While E-Bike competition is fierce the well designed Retro Cruiser is unique among them and offered at a very competitive price by Iconic E-Bikes, who provide excellent support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to placing my order I had several questions which were promptly and thoroughly answered by support staff. Once placed, my Cruiser shipped same day from the West Coast and arrived in Florida a week later. It was carefully packaged and included an owner manual, tools for assembly and a battery charger. If needed, support is also available, along with a YouTube installation video. Unpacking and assembly was straightforward and completed it in about one hour. During unpacking and near completion of assembly I discovered one accessory component which was dinged. I contacted support and a replacement was sent out the same day. The Cruiser is my second E-Bike, and best looking retro style E-Bike that I’ve come across. It’s well built, nicely finished and includes components which are superior in quality then what one normally finds on an E-Bike. The geometry of the frame, front suspension, swept back MTB handlebar, fat (26x4) white sidewall tires, and elastaer equipped Selle Royal saddle all contribute to a comfortable upright riding position, and a safe soft ride. The 750 watt rear hub motor offers more than ample power to easily traverse flat terrain and climb hills. The Cruiser handles nicely, maneuvers well on the road, and has excellent uniform braking power. The included removable LG 48V 17.5Ah battery is excellent and helps extend your outings. During daily rides, in lower assist mode’s, it typically lasts me 4 days before recharging is necessary. Regardless of how you prefer to ride; primarily using the throttle, pedaling with assist, or simply manually peddling for exercise utilizing the Shimano 7 speed groupset, you’re in for great ride. Be prepared for second looks, smiles and questions.
